1st hard ride for more than a month

Really seriously pissed off with this software now as soon as the gradient hit 10% I was at a virtual standstill I lost over 1km to my pacer on the climb after going through the town

No legs tonight this was the best of my bad attemps couldn't hold the pacers after halfway

Jerky pacers using virtuals meant I got dropped on 2nd ride

Disatrous ride I noticed I had pulled my wheel over after 1st ride corrected it then tried again and did it again gave up part way through 3rd attempt no legs left may of done it on an earlier ride in the week never mind its all training I'm riding the event on both trainers so I'll be happy if I finish both trainers

Another ride round no warm up had trouble holding pacers NOTE TO SELF Longer warm up next time LOL

Quite an odd ride at about 30k the ride got much harder for approx 6-7km where a pacer caught me from 300m behind and rapidly dropped me by almost 1km climbing the gradients I was almost at a standstill and some were not that steep

I thoughtI would use this as a warm up for fortius but changed my mind and decided to make a bit of an effort after the 1st part of the climb might be able to go a bit faster

No Speed can't hold pacers at the moment trying new TT bike position on trainer much steeper seat angle so might be something to do with that could be i'm just getting old and slow LOL
