To all members of the VCF
T o get the winter divisions up to there
full contingent of riders relegation will not take place at the end of the
current league.
Promotion will take palace so that
divisions will increase by the five promoted riders
The exception to this will be if a
rider has 3 or more no rides he will be relegated.
Added to this in the first round of
league five any rider that finishes in the top 10 over all will be
automatically added to at A division.
So a new or returning rider will be in
C for the first round and if he or she is in the top 10 in the first round they
will be in A for the rest of the League.
This will also apply to any rider in B
division.
This will not mean anyone goes down
because of it just that the A division will increase in size.
Also the ten riders will be promoted from C to B in the
current League.
